If a passenger fails to check in or board the flight without prior cancellation, the ticket may be classified as a "no-show." In such instances, any residual value or refund eligibility is determined solely by the airline's specific no-show policy, which often results in the forfeiture of the ticket value.

6. Partially Used Tickets

For tickets where only a portion of the itinerary has been flown, any refundable amount is calculated by the airline based on the unused segment(s) and the applicable fare conditions governing the ticket.
