These fees are separate from—and in addition to—any charges imposed by airlines, government bodies, or other third parties.

1. Agent-Assisted Support Within 24 Hours of Ticketing

Service fees are applicable to refund, cancellation, or withdrawal requests requiring manual agent intervention within the first 24 hours of ticket issuance. This ensures accurate processing, strict airline compliance, and the timely resolution of time-sensitive requests.

2. Flight Cancellation, Refunds & Airline Credit Requests

Should you request a cancellation, a monetary refund, or the conversion of your booking into airline-issued future travel credit, a post-ticket service fee will be applied. This is in addition to any airline penalties, fare differences, or applicable taxes.

Please note:

  • Refund eligibility is strictly determined by the airline's rules and the specific fare conditions of your ticket.
  • Future travel credits are issued and governed entirely by the respective airline's policies and validity periods.

3. Ticket Changes & Exchanges

Requests for changes or exchanges are subject to airline approval, seat availability, and the fare rules of the original ticket. A post-ticket service fee applies in addition to any airline-imposed change fees or fare differences.

Additional service fees may apply for complex or special-case requests, including but not limited to:

  • Bereavement or compassionate travel assistance.
  • Medical emergency or health-related travel support.
  • Minor name corrections or spelling adjustments.
  • Route or itinerary revalidation.
  • Extensions of ticket validity.
  • Visa-related or regulatory travel complications.
5. Compassion Exception Policy (CEP)

We operate with empathy during difficult times. Under our Compassion Exception Policy, customers facing extraordinary circumstances—such as serious illness, bereavement, military deployment, or disability-related challenges—may be considered for partial fee reductions or waivers. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
