At Flyora Trips, we are dedicated to the accurate, secure, and timely delivery of travel services. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the procedures we follow to process and deliver flight bookings and related travel documentation once a purchase is completed on our platform.
1. Booking Processing & Confirmation
Upon submission of a booking request, our system immediately initiates the processing order. An acknowledgment email is dispatched to confirm receipt of your request. Following successful payment authorization and verification, your electronic ticket (e-ticket) or official booking confirmation is generated and sent to your registered email address.
While many tickets are issued within minutes, the process can range from a few minutes to several hours depending on airline response times and system availability. In specific cases, additional verification may be necessary, and our support team will reach out to you prior to finalizing fulfillment.
2. Delivery of Travel Documents
All travel documentation, including flight itineraries and e-tickets, is delivered electronically via email. We do not issue physical paper tickets. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all contact details provided at the time of booking are accurate to prevent delivery delays.
3. Booking Review & Verification
Every booking undergoes a rigorous review for accuracy—covering passenger names, travel dates, and routing—prior to ticket issuance. Tickets are issued in strict accordance with airline rules, current availability, and fare conditions. Customers must meticulously review all details for correctness before submitting payment.
4. Fulfillment Timeframes
- Domestic Flights: Typically fulfilled within 1–3 hours of successful payment.
- International Flights: Typically fulfilled within 3–6 hours, subject to airline system processing times.
- Same-Day or Urgent Departures: Receive prioritized processing to ensure expedited fulfillment, accompanied by real-time status updates.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Requests for cancellation or alteration should be made as promptly as possible by contacting our support team. All modifications are subject to the specific airline's fare rules and our
Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Please be aware that once a ticket is issued, airlines may apply penalties or service fees for subsequent changes.
6. Failed Bookings or Non-Fulfillment
In rare instances where a booking cannot be finalized due to airline unavailability, payment processing errors, or technical anomalies:
- The customer will be notified immediately.
- If funds were captured, a full refund will be processed in strict adherence to our refund policy.
- Where viable, we will propose alternative travel options subject to availability.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers bear the responsibility for providing accurate passenger details, travel dates, and contact information at the time of booking. Errors or omissions in this data may result in additional fees, processing delays, or penalties imposed by the airline.
